What we're buildingLX Nirvana is building a demand network for independent upscale, upper-upscale and luxury hotels outside the six major global hotel groups.

Each participating hotel runs its own LX Nirvana application, in its own brand. It knows each guest and sells to them before arrival and during the stay: rooms, dining, upgrades and the hotel's other services.

The platform runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), integrates with the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) and Oracle MICROS Simphony, and was built with Claude Code.

The opportunityWe are looking for an exceptional hands-on engineer to take this platform forward.You will work directly with the founder, own the product's engineering, and use Claude Code as your core development tool. You will make the technical decisions, solve hard problems, and set the engineering practices as the company grows.

What you will do

- Move the platform to its current OCI setup, with each hotel group running in its own compartment
- Build and extend the integrations with Opera Cloud through OHIP, and with Simphony
- Ship features end to end, from the founder's designs to production
- Keep the platform running reliably in production: monitoring,



alerts, and fixing the cause rather than the symptom
- Work with the language models the platform runs on, and the conversational system built on them
- Bring on a junior engineer and teach them to build the way you do

Who you are

- A full-stack engineer who has shipped production web applications end to end: server-rendered front ends, APIs, PostgreSQL, caching and cloud infrastructure
- You build with Claude Code every day, and you can show what you have built with it
- You own what you ship, including when it breaks at night
- You are comfortable making decisions with a founder, not waiting for a specification
- Hospitality or Oracle Hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement
