Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to support the admissions process for Presidency Schools and Presidency PU College, Mangalore. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with parents, explain academic programmes and convert admission enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to admission enquiries.
- Contact prospective parents and students and provide information about the institution, courses and admission procedures.
- Explain the fee structure, academic programmes, facilities and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Schedule campus visits and coordinate parent interactions with the admissions team.
- Maintain enquiry databases and update daily call records and admission status.




- Convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing effective counselling.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve admission targets as assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admission Counselling, Sales or Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada and other local languages.
- Valuable convincing, interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle parent enquiries professionally and work towards admission targets.
- Positive attitude, patience and a customer-focused approach.
