 Proven experience in admissions management and student enrolment strategies.

 Strong organizational, Interpersonal and communication skills

 Ability to work effectively in a collaborative workplace team

 Comprehensive knowledge of higher education regulations and admissions processes

 Master's degree in Education or Business Administration or a related field.

 Proficiency in MS Office and data management.

 Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools and email / Whatsapp marketing platforms

Responsibilities

Manage the complete Admission Cycle for all UG and PG programs (includes lead generation, inquiries, selection & entrance evaluation, counselling, seat allocation, enrolment, interactive part of admission analysis & feedback.

Communication with candidates and processing of applications.

Conduct Outreach activities - :



Planning and executing educational fairs, school visits and workshops

Pan & execute lead management campaigns

Supervise the creation of engaging promotional content and student testimonials and collateral.

Develop platforms and ensure consistency in branding across brochures, official websites, and social media platforms.

Experience Required: Minimum 7 year of relevant experience in similar Admissions or marketing role in the field of Higher Education sector..
