Position: Finance & Accounts - (CMA)

Location: Karapakkam - Chennai

We The Sanmar Group is hiring for Qualified CMA qualified for our Engineering Business Division.

Experience: 3 to 6 years in Post Qualification of CMA (ICWA).

Key Purpose of the Job :

A - 1 JOB CONTENT:

Responsible for Preparation of MIS, and execute various month end activities in the SAP, and also coordinate various audits, monitoring and helping in statutory & Sanmar system compliances.

A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting :-

- Maintenance of accounts & MIS reports in line with accounting standards and Sanmar Accounting Policies
- To Co-ordinate the statutory requirements on GST, Export obligations /Incentives, IDPMS / EDPMS
- To ensure proper coordination with internal auditors.




- To monitor the Business expenses & spending within the approved budget levels.

Audit :-

- Coordinating with auditors (Statutory & Internal )
- Handling of statutory audit, Tax Audit, Cost audit.
- Month End activities
- Execution of standard costing
- Execution of actual costing
- Calculating WIP
- Calculating variance against standard
- Settlement of variance
- Analysis of variances
- Calculating depreciation, Interest.
- Raising of inter-company debit notes on service transactions
- Accounting of foreign expenses / review
- Annual Accounts
- Preparation of annual accounts in schedule VI format and compilation of related schedules.
- Review monitor, and report the performance against various parameters to the business team.

Statutory Compliance :-

- Compliance with requirements of GST and Income Tax acts
- Timely Submission of returns
