Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Uttar Pradesh who has a strong network of local electricians, manpower suppliers, labour contractors and technical workers.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and mobilising electricians in bulk from different cities and districts of Uttar Pradesh for employment opportunities in Mumbai.

We are looking for someone who can independently develop manpower networks, negotiate competitive labour costs and arrange bulk manpower as per our project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source electricians in bulk from different cities and districts across Uttar Pradesh.
- Identify and connect with local manpower suppliers, labour contractors, ITIs and electrical contractors.
- Build and maintain a strong database of electricians available for relocation to Mumbai.
- Source candidates through WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, local contacts, personal databases and other channels.
- Negotiate competitive salary expectations with candidates and manpower suppliers.
- Coordinate bulk manpower mobilisation and ensure timely joining.
- Develop a strong network of electricians and technical manpower.
- Maintain daily sourcing updates and manpower availability reports.
- Independently handle bulk manpower requirements and ensure a continuous supply of candidates.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience.
- Must be based in Uttar Pradesh.
- Strong local network and contacts across UP.
- Experience in manpower mobilisation, labour supply, field sourcing or bulk candidate coordination will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Ability to arrange electricians in bulk at competitive salary expectations.
- Must be self-driven and capable of independently managing manpower sourcing activities.

Important Requirement

WE ARE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL FROM UTTAR PRADESH WITH STRONG LOCAL CONTACTS WHO CAN SOURCE AND MOBILISE ELECTRICIANS IN BULK FOR MUMBAI PROJECTS.

Candidates with established manpower networks and the ability to arrange economical labour will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
