Job Description:
PolicyX.com is looking for candidates with experience in Life Insurance (CRT Term) or Health Insurance Renewals to manage policy issuance, renewals, customer queries, and coordination with insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle life insurance policy issuance or health insurance renewals.
- Coordinate with customers and insurance partners for smooth processing.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service quality and meet process targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in Life Insurance or Health Insurance is mandatory.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant insurance process experience is preferred.
