Position-wise Requirements

1. Senior Sales Officer – Mortgage Loans

- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.

2. Sales Officer – Mortgage Loans

- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

3. Senior Sales Officer – Mobility/Auto Loans

- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.

4. Sales Officer – Mobility/Auto Loans

- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business leads and acquire new customers for the assigned loan products.
- Drive sales of Mortgage Loans or Mobility/Auto Loans.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals and market activities.




- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Relevant Banking/NBFC sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have experience in Mortgage Loan Sales or Vehicle/Auto Loan Sales, depending on the assigned product.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory for field-sales roles.
- Male candidates preferred as per hiring requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Compensation - Salary will be based on experience and current CTC

- Sales Officer: Up to ₹4.5 LPA.
- Senior Sales Officer: Up to ₹5.5 LPA.
