We are looking for a dynamic and analytical qualified with Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Law, Management, Commerce, or related discipline. Additional qualification in contracts or procurement preferred. At least 10 years of experience in EPC contracts, procurement, contract administration, claims management, variation orders, and infrastructure project documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in project management, research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and client coordination, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and supporting planning and consulting assignments.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and review EPC contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Support procurement activities, including tender documentation, evaluation and contract award processes.
* Administer contracts, including contractual obligations, deliverables, timelines and documentation.
* Review and assess claims, variations and change orders raised during project implementation.




* Provide contractual and procurement inputs for project cost verification, reporting and recommendations.
* Identify and assess contractual risks, discrepancies and potential disputes.
* Evaluate variation orders and commercial implications of changes in project scope or execution.
* Review contractual records, agreements, correspondence and project documentation Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
* Additional qualification or certification in Contracts or Procurement will be preferred.
* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure projects.
* Strong experience in EPC contracts, procurement, and contract administration.
* Proven expertise in handling claims management and variation orders.
* Experience in infrastructure project documentation and commercial/contractual assessment.
