The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with proven leadership in guiding engineering teams toward scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Application Development: Architect and implement complex business applications using Java and Spring Boot. Microservices Architecture: Design, build, and optimize microservices-based solutions for scalability and resilience. Code Reviews:



Conduct reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables and improve team efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for system performance improvements. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of professional experience in Java development. Robust expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API design. Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and deployment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
