The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience handling HR work in a plant or operational setting.
Positive understanding of core HR processes and documentation.
Ability to work with employees and managers on people matters.
Confidence maintaining employee data and HR records.
Practical knowledge of workforce planning needs.
Explicit communication skills for employee and team interactions.
