Location: Ambattur,Chennai

Salary: 2.5-3LPA

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Purchase/Data management/Claim reporting

Skills: Advanced Excel(Vlookup, Pivot Table, Hlookup)

Shift Time: 9AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock availability.

Monitor DOH (Days on Hand) and OOS (Out of Stock) products to maintain optimum inventory levels.

Track and monitor purchase margins to ensure profitability.

Identify near-expiry and expired products and coordinate with suppliers for expiry claims.

Follow up with suppliers for Credit Note (CN) collection and ensure timely closure of pending claims.

Ensure accurate PR (Purchase Return) mapping and reconciliation of expiry claims.

Maintain purchase, inventory, and expiry claim trackers and reports.

Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
