Job Details
Experience: Freshers / 6+ months BPO experience
Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 25 WPM typing speed
Communication skill level 4+
Experienced candidates must have 6 months of documented BPO experience
Freshers must not have previously worked under NAPS
Original 12th marksheet required at joining
Responsibilities
Minimum 45 outbound calls per day
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain accurate call records

Pay: ₹14,900.00 - ₹15,691.00 per month
