Rukmani Motors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales & Service to manage electric two-wheeler sales, service operations, customer satisfaction, and overall dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and service operations for electric scooters and bikes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve dealership profitability.
Lead and motivate sales, service, and customer support teams.
Handle dealership operations, inventory, and customer relationships.
Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
Develop sales strategies and expand the local market.

Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory:



Experience in the two-wheeler industry only.
Candidates with experience in two-wheeler sales and service management will be preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of electric two-wheelers (EVs) will be an advantage.
