Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per standardized recipes and portion specifications.
Handle preparation of ingredients including vegetables, sauces, noodles, rice, marinades and other mise en place.
Assist the Chinese Chef in daily kitchen operations and service.
Ensure food is prepared with consistent taste, presentation and portion control.
Operate Chinese cooking equipment such as wok range, burners, fryer and other kitchen equipment safely.
Maintain proper mise en place before the start of each shift.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored and labelled.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for food storage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation throughout the shift.




Follow FSSAI and restaurant food-safety standards.
Minimize food wastage and report shortages or spoilage to the senior chef.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and timely service.
Follow instructions from the Chinese Chef, Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Assist in stock checking and daily kitchen preparation as required.
Maintain discipline, punctuality and qualified conduct at all times.

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
