Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, results-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualification:
10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.





Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills .
Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
Convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and organizational skills.

Working Hours: 10 to 6pm.

SALARY and + Incentives.
