We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters with solid expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and contract staffing . The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, skilled networks, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and onboarding.
Handle IT recruitment requirements under C2H and contract staffing models.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely follow-ups.





Desired Candidate Profile
2–7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in C2H and contract staffing.
Robust understanding of the C2H hiring model and contract recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, candidate coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage recruitment requirements effectively.
Bachelor's or postgraduate qualification in a relevant or equivalent discipline.

Education: BCA, B.Sc., MBA/PGDM, BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. or equivalent
