Job Title : Python AI/ML Developer

Location : Indore (On-site) Experience : 6 Months - 1 Year Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data analysis and model development.
- Implement Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models where required.
- Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business teams to understand project requirements.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Scikit-learn .
- Knowledge of Pandas , NumPy , and Matplotlib .
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision,



or Generative AI is an added advantage.
- Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Git, and version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6 Months - 1 Year of relevant experience in Python and AI/ML development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LLMs , LangChain , OpenAI APIs , or Hugging Face .
- Knowledge of Docker , FastAPI , or Flask .
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
