Admin Intern - Manufacturing Industry

Position : Admin Intern Department : Administration Location : [ekt] Duration : [ 3 - 6 Months / As Applicable]

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to support day-to-day administrative operations in a manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure to office management, coordination with plant teams, and basic documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital).
- Support in handling vendor coordination and follow-ups.
- Manage data entry tasks related to inventory, attendance, and admin logs.
- Assist in arranging transport, accommodation, and facilities for staff/workers.
- Support procurement team in raising requests and tracking orders.
- Help in maintaining housekeeping, security, and facility management records.
- Coordinate with different departments (HR, Production, Stores) for admin-related activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and basic documentation.

Requirements :





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing setup.
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of office administration or facility management.
- Familiarity with documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail.

Learning Outcomes

- Exposure to real-time administrative operations in a manufacturing unit.
