We are looking for a agile and target-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand key customer accounts, and strengthen our presence in the flexible packaging and flexographic printing industry.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Identify and acquire new customers in packaging, FMCG, food processing, pharma, and manufacturing industries.

Generate leads and develop relationships with corporate clients, brands, manufacturers, and packaging companies.

Promote flexo printing solutions, printed labels, versatile packaging, corrugated packaging, and related products, as applicable.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and production teams to provide suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.

Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor sales pipelines,



customer enquiries, order conversion, and collections.

Prepare sales reports and ensure achievement of revenue targets.

Requirements

Strong B2B Sales & Industrial Sales experience

Knowledge of Self-Adhesive Labels / Barcode Labels / Packaging Labels

Business Development & Lead Generation

Negotiation & Closing Skills

Key Account Management

Market Expansion Strategy

CRM & Sales Reporting

Target-Oriented & Revenue-Focused

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

Preferred Experience:

Packaging Materials, Label Printing, Printing Sales, Packaging Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account, Industrial Sales

5–10 years of experience in sales and business development.

Experience in flexo printing, labels, flexible packaging, or printing and packaging industries preferred.

Experience handling B2B clients in FMCG, food, pharma, and manufacturing sectors.
