Mission

A. Design Leadership & Management

- Lead and manage the interior design engineering team.
- Review and approve interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
- Allocate design tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.

B. Technical Design & Engineering
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, including:

- Furniture layout and partition drawings.
- False ceiling and lighting layouts.
- Flooring and wall-finish details.
- Joinery and custom furniture details.
- Electrical and MEP coordination drawings.
- Sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and site-executable.
- Review technical specifications and construction methodologies.
- Identify design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions.
