Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting professional with 2+ years of experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and audit documentation, along with strong analytical and documentation skills. Candidates should also be willing to travel for stock audit and internal audit assignments, wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment transactions with appropriate cost centre allocations.

Perform bank, vendor, customer ledger, and branch reconciliations.

Manage vendor onboarding, documentation verification, payment tracking, and bank payment file preparation.

Prepare creditors ageing reports, balance confirmations, and payment advice.

Handle payroll accounting, statutory entries, month-end journals, and provisions.

Conduct general ledger scrutiny, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements,



schedules, and MIS reports.

Perform GST and TDS reconciliations and maintain audit documentation and notes to accounts.

Support internal audits, stock audits, and other accounting-related assignments as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, or stock audit.

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or other relevant qualifications.

Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management.

Experience in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and audit documentation.

Strong analytical, reconciliation, documentation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for stock audit and internal audit assignments, wherever required.
