The Digital Staffing Lead is accountable for comprehensive resource planning, coordination of talent acquisition, skill enhancement, and the deployment of digital resources across various business units and client projects. This role emphasizes aligning workforce capabilities with business needs and ensuring the prompt fulfillment of digital staffing demands.

Oversee comprehensive resource planning and staffing for digital technology initiatives and business prospects.

Guarantee the timely assignment of qualified resources to projects based on skill requirements, experience, and client expectations.

Recognize emerging digital skill needs based on business strategy and client demand.

Collaborate with recruitment teams to establish hiring priorities and fulfill project staffing needs.

Work with technical teams to confirm candidate competencies and project fit.

Monitor the staffing pipeline, candidate readiness,



interview progress, selection status, and deployment schedules.

Assist in new business ventures by evaluating resource feasibility, skill availability, hiring timelines, and deployment preparedness.

Work Experience

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or delivery operations.

Experience supporting digital engineering, IT services, analytics, or technology-driven projects.

Solid understanding of digital skill sets, project staffing models, and resource utilization practices.

Experience using Excel, Power BI, or other workforce planning and reporting tools.

Familiarity with resource management systems, applicant tracking systems, and enterprise workforce planning tools is an advantage.
