Lead end-to-end recruitment for upstream, midstream, and downstream EPC projects.
Hunt and engage passive, niche talent across specialized engineering disciplines (FEED through commissioning).
Partner with project directors to forecast talent needs and align mobilization schedules.
Industry Experience (Mandatory): 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting strictly within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or Heavy EPC .
Solid fluency in technical engineering disciplines, project controls, HSE, and site-based construction roles.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
