Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML technologies, end-to-end solution development, cloud platforms, and healthcare data security. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, covering data processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with project objectives and engineering standards.- Build scalable, reliable, and secure AI applications using suitable AI technologies and cloud platforms.- Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies to improve solution performance and efficiency.- Develop and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and take successful solutions toward production deployment.- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.- Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.- Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy,



and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other relevant healthcare standards.- Work closely with US-based stakeholders and Thryve leadership to communicate project progress, technical challenges, risks, and recommendations.- Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.Required Skills:- 6 - 9 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related technical roles.- Robust hands-on experience in developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.- Good understanding of machine learning models, AI frameworks, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- Knowledge of scalable application design, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Healthcare IT or healthcare-related AI projects.- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and security requirements.- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or other modern AI technologies.- Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
