Required Skills & Experience :

Domain Expertise

- 18 to 22 years of total experience with a proven track record in Sales and Account Management within the Automotive Engineering Services (ER&D;) sector.
- Strong understanding of global engineering service models (Time & Material, Work Packages, Fixed Price, Off-shore/On-shore delivery) akin to players like ALTEN, Capgemini, Tata Technologies, or KPIT.

Scale & Performance

- Proven experience managing accounts/operations with a headcount of 500 – 1,000 resources.
- Demonstrated success handling a business portfolio worth INR 100 – 200 Crores in annual turnover.




- Deeply networked within the automotive ecosystem in Chennai and Southern India.

Soft Skills & Leadership

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with a strong executive presence.
- Natural capability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
- Analytical mindset with robust commercial acumen (P&L; management, pricing strategies, and gross margin optimization).

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Electronics / Electrical) is highly preferred.
