Role Description The Quick Commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for driving and managing Toyo Kombucha’s presence on rapid delivery and e-commerce platforms. This position involves overseeing product listings, ensuring accurate content and pricing, and coordinating with marketplace partners to optimize visibility and sales. The Executive will monitor platform performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing inventory updates,



collaborating with operations and marketing teams to support campaigns, resolving platform-related issues, and maintaining consistent brand representation across all quick commerce channels.
Qualifications

- Experience with e-commerce or quick commerce platforms, including managing product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance metrics and optimizing sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external marketplace partners.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple platforms, tasks, and deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis; familiarity with inventory or order management systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands is beneficial, especially in an on-site operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Motivation to contribute to a health-focused, sustainability-driven brand and work in a fast-paced startup setting.
