Role Overview

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and mental health counsellors for Mantra Care's EAP services. The role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals across domestic and international markets, verifying credentials, completing documentation, and ensuring they are ready to deliver services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and mental health counsellors.
- Source, connect with, and coordinate with healthcare professionals across Indian and international markets.
- Collect and verify professional credentials, qualifications, licenses, and other required documents.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities, agreements, documentation, and profile setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure professionals are successfully onboarded and ready to provide EAP services.
- Maintain an updated database of onboarded professionals, their specializations, availability, and service locations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with professionals to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Explain onboarding procedures, service expectations,



and operational guidelines to healthcare professionals.
- Support the resolution of onboarding-related queries and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and generate regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with international professionals while ensuring compliance with applicable market-specific credentialing requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, healthcare operations, or vendor management.
- Experience onboarding doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, or other healthcare professionals will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation management.
- Ability to communicate professionally with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.

Preferred Skills
- Understanding of EAP services, mental health services, or the healthcare industry.
- Experience with international healthcare professional onboarding and credential verification.
- Familiarity with professional licensing and documentation requirements across different markets.
