- Handle customer queries related to health insurance renewals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
- Manage customer objections and improve retention.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve issues.
- Achieve renewal targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Health Insurance Renewals is mandatory.
