Role Description The Human Resources & Operations Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding coordination, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. They will contribute to personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking, employee engagement initiatives, and basic benefits-related documentation under guidance. On the operations side, the intern will help streamline workflows, coordinate with different teams, prepare reports, and support process documentation and compliance. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR and operational functions in a fast-paced digital business environment.
Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
- Ability to assist with HR Management activities, including basic recruitment support and employee lifecycle processes.




- Interest in learning and applying HR Policies and procedures in a structured organizational setting.
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Employee Benefits and related documentation.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital platforms.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and learn in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
