About the Company

Ramada by Wyndham, Vrindavan is preparing for its exciting pre-opening. The property features 70 guest rooms, banquet facilities, a rooftop swimming pool, and F&B; outlets.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician Supervisor to join our pre-opening team and ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the hotel's electrical systems.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily electrical maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
- Monitor electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, electrical panels, wiring, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team and other departments to resolve electrical issues.
- Supervise electricians and assign daily tasks according to operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment status.




- Monitor electrical tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory.
- Support pre-opening inspections, testing, commissioning, and readiness of electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and equipment failures.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supervising electricians and coordinating maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to identify faults and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical qualification or ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
