Role Description The Manager Accounts role at INDIRA DAIRY is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. The role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation of accounts. The Manager Accounts will prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting and cost control activities. The role also includes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, coordinating with auditors, and implementing internal controls.



The Manager Accounts will collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making and support process improvements in the finance function. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable and receivable management, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
• Candidates should possess skills in compliance with tax and statutory regulations, audit coordination, and internal controls.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in managing accounts in manufacturing, FMCG, or dairy/food industry is beneficial.
