K R Bakes is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Monitor manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Manage employee training, development, and orientation programs.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR data,



and support management in workforce planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing, bakery, food production, or FMCG industry.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations, and labour law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
