Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, billing, and taxation-related activities.

Candidates with experience in affiliate marketing, advertising, media, or any other industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment entries.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Handle GST-related activities, including GST reconciliation and return coordination.
- Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and return-related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.




- Maintain vendor and client accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for accounting-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and taxation.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks accurately.

Industry Preference

- Candidates from affiliate marketing, digital advertising, media, or performance marketing will be preferred.
- Candidates from other industries with relevant accounting experience are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
