Unidos Exports is looking for a tech-savvy, AI-driven Accounts & ERP Executive to manage ERP operations, improve data accuracy, automate workflows, and streamline manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations, data accuracy, and troubleshooting.
- Support accounting records, GST data, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor purchase, inventory, production, and dispatch activities.
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and process automation.
- Develop MIS dashboards, automated alerts, and management reports.
- Coordinate across departments to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience with manufacturing ERP systems, preferably Tranzact or SAP.
- Strong Excel, MIS reporting, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of GST, inventory, purchase, and manufacturing workflows.




- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and Power BI preferred.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
