Role Overview

Your future duties and responsibilities

This role will be part of a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementation and transformation program, supporting integration architecture, CMDB design, and data onboarding initiatives. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Implementation & Development Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management. Perform hands-on platform development including scripting, configurations, and workflow design.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Develop scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow development best practices. Integration Architecture Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using: REST / SOAP APIs IntegrationHub MID Server Web services Data Migration & Platform Onboarding Lead migration of ticketing data from legacy tools into ServiceNow. Design and execute data transformation, cleansing, and migration strategies. Implement bulk data import frameworks using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and ETL approaches. Ensure data integrity and consistency during migration activities. CMDB Architecture & Implementation Design and implement CMDB data models aligned with ServiceNow CSDM framework. Implement CI discovery, service mapping, and CMDB data governance practices.



Solution Demonstration & Stakeholder Engagement Conduct solution demonstrations and capability presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Build and maintain demo environments and use cases to showcase ServiceNow platform capabilities. Translate technical architecture into business value explanations for leadership teams and executives. Collaboration & Technical Leadership Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business analysts in enterprise implementation programs. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members. Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops.
