Responsibilities :

- Communicate with potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Explain software products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper communication records
- Assist in customer onboarding and coordination with internal teams
- Build long-term professional relationships with clients

Key Requirements





- Strong communication skills are mandatory :

- Ability to speak clear Hindi and basic to moderate English :

- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality

- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales & business development role

- Freshers are welcome; prior sales or calling experience is an advantage
