About The Role

Sankar Group is looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who can manage HR recruitment activities while creating engaging content to promote the group's brands, culture, opportunities, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- HR & Recruitment

Coordinate campus recruitment drives and college partnerships.

Connect with colleges, placement officers, and students.

Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups.

Coordinate internship and full time hiring.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.

- Content Creation & Employer Branding

Create reels, videos, interviews, and social media content.

Cover campus drives, recruitment events, employee stories, and company activities.

Appear on camera when required.

Handle scripting, shooting, basic editing, and publishing.

Promote Sankar Group's brands, hiring campaigns, and career opportunities.

- Campus Outreach & Networking

Travel across India for campus drives, college meetings,



expos, and recruitment events.

Build relationships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and student communities.

Represent Sankar Group professionally at events.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in HR, recruitment, and content creation.

Comfortable appearing on camera.

Basic video shooting and editing skills.

Willingness to travel for campus visits and events.

Knowledge of social media platforms.

HR, MBA, BBA, Mass Communication, or related education is preferred.
