Junior Accountant

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day Billing / Invoice operations , maintaining accurate financial records, complete all the statutory compliances and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Job Location - Kosapur/Theeyambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Enter sales invoices and purchase bills in Zoho on a daily basis.
- Ensure all billing entries are accurate and updated on time.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and purchase bills.
- Assist with reconciliation and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Support the team with basic reporting requirements.

Requirements :

1. Experience with billing software and systems, such as Tally, Zoho Inventory

2. Basic knowledge of excel is required

3. Commerce/Accounting background will be an advantage
