Job Role: Inside Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries from students via calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins

- Counsel students regarding CAT, IPMAT, CUET, MBA Entrance, and UG courses :

- Explain course details, fees structure, and admission process

- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly

- Achieve monthly admission / sales targets

- Coordinate with academic team for batch planning

- Maintain good relationship with students and parents

Required Skills :





- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Confidence in talking to students / parents on phone
- Sales / counselling / telecalling experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge required

Preferred Background

- Education / Coaching / EdTech / Sales / Telecalling / Counsellor experience
- Graduation in any stream
