Key Responsibilities

- Review month-end close activities, balance sheet analysis, and complex journal entries, including revenue recognition.

- Manage financial reporting, dashboards, and resolution of open items.

- Participate in month-close meetings with retained teams and support daily reporting.

- Conduct governance calls and interact with clients.

- Train team members and support knowledge sharing.

- Ensure SLA adherence and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

- Track budget expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

- Support core accounting activities and complex accounting processes.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, particularly General Ledger (GL) activities.

- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required.

- Strong knowledge of balance sheet analysis, month-end close, and complex accounting.

- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle is preferred.

- Experience in process improvement projects.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and general mathematics.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
