Role & responsibilities :We are looking for strong Workday functional consultants with expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Reporting. The consultants will be working with our US clients and leading the AMS support for L2/L3 requests. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting skills and experience interacting with the clients directly.Preferred candidate profile :- Strong Workday functional knowledge- Strong experience in Core HCM, Compensation, or Recruiting- Strong experience in Reporting- Strong experience in AMS support with L2/L3 requests- Solid consulting and client-facing experience- Strong verbal and written communication- Workday certifications preferredKey Responsibilities :- Design and configure Workday HCM modules to align with client-specific business processes,
