We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Cosmetics, Personal Care,



and Beauty segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and customer relationship management skills to promote specialty ingredients, develop new business opportunities, and support customers with formulation and application expertise.

Robust understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and market applications.

- Knowledge of skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, and personal care formulations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

~· 4-6 years of experience in Technical Sales & Business Development roles within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Specialty Ingredients industry.
