Handles documentation and system updates to maintain accuracy and traceability of logistics operations

Monitors shipment status and tracks performance metrics to identify delays or discrepancies

Resolves routine logistics issues using established procedures and escalates complex cases with supporting details

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required

- 2+ years of experience in clinical trial support, clinical logistics coordination logistics, logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking or a related field required
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal - must have
- Fluent Hindi and Tamil communication skills, both written and verbal - must have
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM and 13:00 PM – 21:00 PM, Monday-Saturday
- Certification in logistics, transportation operations, transportation systems, or dispatch tools or equivalent preferred
