Overview
We're seeking HR talent to play an significant role in supporting corporate HR across payroll and compensation, HRIS, compliance, and reporting. This position also contributes to employee support and continuous HR process improvement, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and company objectives.

Mainly Responsibilities

- Payroll & Compensation: Prepare and process payroll and related calculations accurately and on time.
Coordinate with departments, management, and relevant authorities on payroll matters.
Maintain confidentiality and follow up on employee contract status.
Prepare and issue employee letters and internal memos.

- HRIS Support: Provide HRIS support and guidance to employees.
~ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to HRIS users.

- Compliance & Reporting: Complete new-hire documentation and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in physical files and HR systems.
Prepare monthly reports and recommend corrective actions or improvements.
Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and report safety concerns.

- Employee Support: Lead assigned projects and support employee benefit programs.
Assist with internal employee communications.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or HRIS.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with good Khmer and English.
