JOB SUMMARY Responsible for marketing Jabil's products and/or services with well-qualified prospects. Generates prospective customers through cold calling. Sends marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company, and enhances awareness in the targeted business community of the company as well as products/services. Reporting into the Marketing group, this role drives growth by creating interest in our Services solutions. This role makes demand generation campaigns that could be through email, calling, and other methods of outreach. This outreach will also have both inbound and outbound responsibilities from a business development perspective. It will require strong internal collaboration with marketing and the sales teams, as well as excellent customer facing communications skills.

Researches potential customers in recent industries, as well as designated accounts and target potential customers. Profiles potential accounts and develops appropriate value proposition. Cold calls, engages with and develops prospects to be closed by Sales team

Documents, tracks and monitors all leads and activities in sales tracking software (Salesforce.Acquires in-depth knowledge of Jabil's full range of services and products and convey that knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning.

Nurtures longer-term prospects. Assists and maintains marketing efforts for lead generation.

Follows-up with prospects who responded to marketing programs and campaigns to qualify lead.





Utilizes internal information and consults with various support departments to complete customer surveys.

Assists with and maintains marketing efforts for lead generation.

Assists remote sales managers/directors with information requests as needed.

Complies with and follows all procedures within the company security policy.

Work with marketing on HubSpot campaign automations that would include newsletter outreach, pre and post event follow up, and targeted industry campaigns

Pick up leads from inbound channels such as form fills and Website inquiries

Manage Lead in HubSpot and show progression from contact to lead

Engage with lead across different communication platforms until lead demonstrates interest Based on the marketing qualification criteria

Work with marketing for specific marketing content to use during outreach, ensuring script, messaging, and value propositions are accurately reflected with the lead. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.

Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply,



and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
