Education

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Must-Have Skills

- Business Process Services (BPS)

- Pricing & Contracting

- 7–8 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A;, or Contracting

- Experience in global and client-facing environments

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Working knowledge of P&L;, cost structures, and margin optimization

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

- Strong understanding of pricing strategies (cost-based, value-based, and competitive pricing)

- Ability to manage multiple deals and work under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies to improve profitability and business growth.

- Support commercial deal structuring and pricing for RFQs/RFPs.

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver customer-centric pricing solutions.

- Perform financial analysis, margin optimization, and pricing governance.

- Ensure pricing compliance, reporting accuracy, and commercial controls.

- Provide insights through market analysis and pricing trends.
