About the job
As Finance Executive at Young Hats Private Limited, you'll support accurate day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance and reporting. You'll work with financial records and data to keep transactions organised, deadlines on track and information ready for review.

1. Record and reconcile routine financial transactions in Tally, checking entries against invoices, receipts and bank statements.
2. Prepare and review GST working papers, reconcile input tax credit and sales data, and help ensure returns and payments are completed on time.
3. Support tax compliance by organising documents, tracking due dates and preparing information for internal review or external advisors.
4. Maintain transparent records of payables and receivables, follow up on pending items and assist with timely invoice processing.
5. Use Advanced Excel to analyse financial data, build trackers and prepare summaries that help the team monitor transactions and exceptions.
6. Maintain finance trackers and shared records in Google Sheets, keeping data accurate, current and accessible to relevant colleagues.
7. Assist with month-end closing by reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies and compiling schedules and supporting documents. Skill(s) required
