Job Description – Maintenance-Engineer

Experience 2–8 Years in Machine Maintenance

- QualificationITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Candidates with strong practical experience in CNC programming and machining may also be considered.

Job Summary

.

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL and other production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.
- Ensure minimum machine breakdown and maximum machine availability.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and identify recurring problems.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare parts inventory.




- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure proper maintenance of compressors, DG sets, electrical panels and utilities.
- Manage maintenance technicians and allocate daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and ISO requirements.
- Identify opportunities for machine improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with external service providers and machinery suppliers.
- Monitor critical spare parts availability and maintain stock levels.
