Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's hiring requirements. The candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Understand hiring requirements from department managers and hiring teams.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary packages and release offer letters.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Coordinate the joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
