We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle property listing and field sales activities.
The candidate will be responsible for meeting property owners, builders, developers and real estate professionals to introduce the Houselink360 platform and convince them to list their properties for sale or rent.
The role involves identifying new property listing opportunities, building relationships with property owners and builders, collecting property details, coordinating with the internal team and converting prospects into active listings on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Property Listing
- Conduct regular field visits to meet property owners, builders, developers and real estate professionals.
- Introduce and explain the Houselink360 platform, its features and advantages.
- Identify properties available for sale or rent and generate new listing opportunities.
- Approach property owners and builders and convince them to list their properties on Houselink360.
- Explain how the platform helps property owners connect with potential buyers and tenants.
- Collect property details, photographs, pricing, location and other required information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for property onboarding and listing.
- Follow up with owners and builders to convert prospects into active listings.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate recent leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
- Identify and approach potential property owners, builders and developers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and construction companies.
- Explore new locations and identify potential property listing opportunities.
- Build a strong network of property owners and builders.
3. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's property listing network.
- Conduct regular meetings with builders, developers and property owners.
- Present the platform's services and explain the benefits of property listing.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Support business growth by increasing the number of active property listings.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily field visit reports and lead details.
- Track property listing progress and client follow-ups.
- Update lead and property information in the CRM or assigned system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for property listing updates.
- Share daily activity reports and progress with the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in property listing, builder acquisition or real estate-related sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
